As a child, Jerry always knew he was different. Like a lot of kids growing up in the projects, Jerry was raised in a single-parent home with little to no guidance on how to navigate the tumultuous waters of poverty, self-identity, and sexuality. It wasn’t until he found himself in an incestuous relationship that Jerry realized how different he really was.“Broken Boy” is a fictional account (based on facts) of a young boy turned young man and his journey through a life of alcoholism, drug abuse and homosexuality.
